For your holiday in Tuscany, we are renting this beautiful villa on two floors with a private pool, situated just outside a small village, southeast of Lucca.
The house is surrounded by a big, completely fenced garden with olive trees and large grass areas. Very suitable for families with children. Inside the property you can enjoy maximum privacy, but yet you can walk to the little village where there is a small supermarket shop, a bar, and a restaurant.
This villa has been newly restored and has 5 bedrooms and 6 very nice bathrooms.
In the house, you will find all modern comfort such as internet wi-fi, air-condition and satellite tv.
In front of the house, there is a beautifully furnished patio, perfect for al fresco meals where you have a nice view over the garden of 10.000 m2.
Outside you can relax and enjoy the views of Tuscan hills and forest from either the private pool or the terrace.
In the garden, you will find the private pool 12x6 mt, 1,40 mt deep. Around the pool, there are deck chairs, a shower, and other equipment.
In the well-kept garden, there is also a private tennis court.
Rackets and balls are available for rent on the spot.
The interiors are very bright and tasteful and the house is furnished in a modern style but the beamed ceilings and the stone floors preserve the typical Tuscan atmosphere.
The house is on two floors and consists of: Entrance through a spacious hall, a living room with fireplace and satellite tv, dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen (kitchen range, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine). From the kitchen, you have direct access to the garden.
On the ground floor, there is also a small guest bathroom.
Through a wide stair from the hall, you reach the first floor where there are 5 bedrooms. Three double rooms and two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with its own en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms also has a Jacuzzi tub. This house is perfect for big families or groups since there is a lot of space but still with privacy for each one.
Parking inside the property. Washing machine and iron /iron board available.
The owner's daughter lives in a small house inside the property. She is very helpful and thoughtful in case of need but she does not interfere with the guests' privacy.
A small supermarket and other small shops are about 700 mt - and a nice restaurant about 800 mt.
